- Packaging: All orders are packed in shock-proof parcels to protect bamboo flutes in transit.
- Courier: We ship through reliable courier partners. A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched.
- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery: Most domestic deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days from dispatch. International times vary by destination.
- Free shipping: Free shipping on full set orders.
Shipping times may vary based on location and availability. We will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Exchange policy
Please review your flute size, key, and handedness carefully before purchase. Once an order is delivered, we do not accept exchanges. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
