We craft bamboo flutes and related accessories. Product descriptions, sizes, keys, and handedness should be reviewed carefully before purchase. Images are illustrative; natural bamboo variations in colour and grain are normal.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (including Razorpay).
5. Orders
Order confirmation does not mean acceptance until payment is verified and we confirm dispatch readiness. We may contact you if product details need clarification (key, size, right/left hand).
6. Shipping
Shipping times may vary based on location and availability. We will not be liable for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for details. Free shipping applies on full set orders where stated.
7. Accuracy of information
We try to keep product information accurate, but we are not responsible for typographical errors. If a product is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and notify you.
8. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation / Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for information regarding returns and refunds. Once a flute order is delivered, exchanges are generally not accepted unless the parcel arrived damaged and reported promptly.

In no event shall Shri Charles Flutes, its owners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased from it.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
